Great question! If you have a mental health condition such as depression, anxiety, etc. therapy is probably the right fit. Additionally, if you want to use our time to explore and work through past traumas that are affecting your day-to-day functioning, therapy would be most appropriate. Please note that I ONLY offer therapy to individuals who live in the state of New Jersey or who are able to travel from a neighboring state to New Jersey for sessions. Coaching has more of a practical focus - we will look at your current schedule and figure out how to help life feel more manageable and balanced. We will delve into integrating self-care, mindfulness and other stress-management techniques to maximize your functioning as a professional and as a mom.

Sure can! Coaching or therapy sessions can be in person at my office in Clifton, NJ or via Zoom. Please note: For therapy clients, even Zoom sessions must take place in New Jersey.

Coaching and therapy sessions cost $175. You can receive a discount when you buy a package of multiple sessions at once.
