Great question! I work with kids as young as six up to age 18. I do make exceptions at times, feel free to reach out to discuss!

I know that it can be tough to bring a kid to therapy who would like to be anywhere but in the therapy room! It is fairly common for kids (and especially teens) to begin treatment in a state of resistance. Many kids and teens, as we get to know each other, build trust and rapport, begin to warm up to the process and are able to shift into becoming an active member or the therepeutic process! If you have concerns about this, please bring it up during our initial consultation phone call.

Sure is! I conduct sessions via telehealth to kids and teen who reside in the state of New Jersey. In some cases, when telehealth truly isn't conducive to the specific kid or teen I will definitely let you know and we can discuss what to do from there.

A 50-minute session costs $175. Payment is due at the time of session and I accept various forms of payment (cash, check, Zelle and PayPal).

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. Many individual plans do have Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. The best way to find out what your benefits are is to call the Behavioral Health or Member Services line on the back of your insurance card. If you do have OON benefits, I can provide a receipt that has the information needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Even with OON benefits, payment is due at the time of session and the insurance reimbursement will be to you.
