Therapy and Parenting Support for Real Life
Support for adults seeking therapy for themselves, guidance in parenting, or help for their child or teen — all grounded in clarity, collaboration, and compassion.

I work with adults who are holding a lot — emotionally, mentally, and practically — and who want support that feels steady, transparent, and genuinely helpful. My goal is to help things feel calmer, more understandable, and more manageable.
You might be here because…
-
You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck
-
You’re parenting a child or teen and aren’t sure what support is needed
-
You want therapy that feels collaborative, not judgmental or vague
-
You’re functioning on the outside, but inside things feel heavy or unclear
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. If something feels off, confusing, or unsustainable, that’s reason enough to get support.
How I Can Help
I work with children, teens, and adults, supporting individuals and families through therapy and parenting guidance.
Whether you’re looking for therapy for yourself, support around parenting, or help for your child or teen, you've come to the right place. My work meets you where you are, while keeping the needs of the child or teen clearly in focus when they’re the one receiving therapy.
My approach is non-diagnostic in tone, practical, and responsive to real life. We focus on understanding what’s happening, reducing emotional overwhelm, and finding ways forward that actually fit you and your family.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
My approach is collaborative, transparent, and empowering.
I’m IFS-informed, which means we work with different parts of your internal experience in a respectful, non-pathologizing way. I value honesty, clarity, and shared understanding — you’ll always know what we’re doing and why.

Where appropriate, I also bring in creativity and humor. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time to be meaningful or effective.
I don’t believe people need more pressure or judgment. Most people need space to slow things down, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and feel supported while doing hard things.
